Returns & Refunds Policy

Harbour Collectables complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product you purchase:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is not as described
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
- Has a major failure
These rights cannot be excluded and apply regardless of any store policy or timeframe.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect selection
- No longer wanting the item
- Finding the item cheaper elsewhere
- Buyer’s remorse
This applies to:
- Trading card singles
- Sealed trading card products
- Live box break purchases
Please choose carefully before completing your order.
3. Trading Card Singles
Due to the nature of collectible trading cards:
- All single card sales are final
- No returns or refunds are offered for:
- Change of mind
- Condition expectations (unless damaged in transit or incorrectly described)
Exceptions
We will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
- The card received is not the card ordered
- The card is significantly damaged during shipping
- The card is materially not as described
Minor print defects, centering, surface marks, or manufacturer flaws are not considered faults under ACL.
4. Sealed Trading Card Products
Sealed products (e.g. booster boxes, packs, cases):
- Must remain sealed and unopened to be eligible for any return
- Once opened, no refunds or exchanges are available
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will resolve issues where:
- The wrong product was sent
- The item arrives damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect (where verifiable)
We may request photos or video evidence to assist with assessment.
5. Live Box Breaks
All live box break purchases are final.
By purchasing a live break, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Outcomes are random
- No refunds are offered based on:
- Cards pulled
- Teams/slots results
- Perceived value
- Duplicate cards
Refunds or remedies will only be provided if:
- The break does not occur
- A significant error occurs (e.g. incorrect product opened)
- Required hits or cards are not distributed as advertised
6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- Packaging (including shipping label)
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by postal services once an item is confirmed delivered, but we will assist with carrier claims where possible.
